Organic Grass-Fed Lamb
Certified Organic 100% Grass-Fed Lamb
Fox Fire Farms grass fed lambs are never fed any grain or corn, just lush green certified organic grass, the way nature intended. Fox Fire lambs are never administered growth hormones, antibiotics, and are also treated humanely. The lambs are processed at a certified organic processing plant in southwest
Colorado. The average age of our grass fed lambs are 9 to 12 months old at the time of processing.
Since we are certified organic we have chosen a specific breed of lamb that yields a mild and tender flavor. This breed of sheep is much different than a
New Zealand or Australian breed of sheep.
New Zealand and Australian sheep are typically found in the average grocery store. These lambs often taste very strong and gamy because they are bread for their wool not their meat.
Because of the way we raise our lambs and the breed we have chosen, we feel confident that the lamb we raise and sell will be the best organic grass fed lamb you have ever had in the world. If you don't find that statement to be true and are not completely satisfied with our product or service, we will refund you your order.
