| Apple Finished Pork is one of the most sought after flavors in the pork industry. Apple finished /pasture raised pork is very rare. The flavor of the pork takes on a sweet apple flavor. The apple flavor is accomplished by feeding the pigs an apple diet. The apples are grown on our orchards and are USDA certified organic. This new enterprise should be up and running shortly.
